He has saved our non-profit housing complex many expenses because he is skilled at repairs-- instead of instantly suggesting a replacement lock or panic - exit bars - because he knows how to do repairs -& has access to the parts needed. He is patient & explains what he plans to do to fix a problem. & is also punctual and will call if delayed.. very respectful of my time as a housing manager. Locked out of the house because the lock brook. Call Forest's Lock and they opened the door,repaired the lock and cost was minimal compared to the others I called.
