Since management change 2016 this store has become fantastic, even the employees
seem to have a much better attitude towards their jobs, very helpful and take the time to help you with what ever your looking for. Returns and replacement including refunds is fantastic compared to before.I can personally state that the management and their employees have gone out of their way for me a number of times. Qualité parfois douteuse des produits, mais excellent service après vente. Je lève particulièrement mon chapeau aux préposées au retour pour leur patience et leur gentillesse malgré leur charge de travail franchement excessive, et particulièrement la jeune dame qui m'a servi lundi le 16 septembre 2019 vers 13h30. Dans les travaux, j'avais perdu la facture pour un outil défectueux après 3 mois et j’ai eu droit à un remplacement sur place sans tataouinage. Ça c’est du service!
