I had car accident and my car was damaged, I was in shaken state of mind, however after calling my insurance things started to develop in a positive way. My experience of dealing with the accident and having td insurance personnel to guide me trough was exceptional. Also their collision center experts are quite knowledgeable and after examining the damage they were able to explain me in details about the repair work. TD auto center has set the bar for top notch customer service! The one stop shop experience took a lot of stress away as they took care of everything right there. I did not have to drive someplace else to drop off my vehicle for repairs, or arrange my own rental. I simply left my vehicle there for repairs right there and they arranged for a car rental delivery all within an hour. In less than 48 hours I had my vehicle back looking like new!
